Made Gluten-Free Cooking Feel Less Intimidating

I picked this up because cooking gluten-free felt overwhelming at first, and this book really helped simplify things. The recipes are easy to follow, and I liked having pictures to see how the meals should turn out. I tried a couple of the simpler dishes, and they came out better than I expected. It feels especially helpful for beginners or seniors who want straightforward meals without complicated steps.

Some winner winner meals.

I thought the book was really good! I loved the Cauliflower Hash Browns with Eggs. I first found this recipe online and then found the link to the book on Unlimited. There's a good amount of different meals, and the soups look great, but haven't yet tried. Cannot complain at all, given it's free on Unlimited.
