Pretty good!!
Really nice cookbook with 100 recipes and not a lot of intro. Just enough to remind you what you should and shouldn't be eating. I've had fatty liver for years now, and diets are a necessity, though I do have a bone to pick with cookbooks that use ready-made broths. The problem is that those broths are an American thing and not readily available in most of the world, so now I'm stuck wondering what to use in replacement. Also, while I love that each recipe had photos in this one, the recipe cards often bled into another page with only 1-2 sentences or a single nutritional fact, and that was rather annoying. Overall, great options!
