GLP-1 High-Protein Diet Cookbook for Weight Loss
The How-You-Feel Recipe Guide for Nausea Relief, Muscle Support, and Better Energy, Including Flavor Boosters and a 35-Day Meal Plan
by Olivia Vance
About the Book
This cookbook offers 100 high-protein, beginner-friendly recipes (ready in under 30 minutes) designed specifically for people on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, addressing the real challenges of eating on these medications — appetite loss, nausea, taste changes, and the need to preserve muscle while losing weight.
Its standout feature is the "How-You-Feel Recipe Guide," which helps readers choose recipes based on how they're feeling, so they always know where to start, alongside a 35-day meal plan with shopping lists, nausea-easing infusions, flavor boosters for dulled taste buds, a guide to eating out, and habit-building strategies for busy or low-energy days — all recipes include full-color photos and both US and metric measurements.

Great Book
I have diabetes so I felt like this cookbook was made for me. I haven't been able to tolerate the semaglutide medications they have on the market so I'm hoping the recipes in this cookbook will help me control my blood sugar. The recipes look yummy and easy to make. I will be utilizing this cookbook.
Helpful, but the Portions Felt Too Large
This cookbook has a lot of useful information, especially for people who are new to GLP-1 medications. I liked the practical tips, the meal plan, and the "How-You-Feel Recipe Guide."
