If you've ever thought about the Carnivore Diet but never knew where to begin, this book is the perfect starter's guide that takes all the guesswork out of it. This book is not just another collection of food and recipes, but rather a complete resource consisting of over 100 high-protein, carb-free recipes that show how the carnivore diet can be completely filling and delicious. Most importantly, this book contains an entire 30-day meal plan that makes it extremely easy to build habits, see results quickly, and get a lift in your energy and metabolism.

For those wondering what Carnivore is all about

I put off considering a meat diet for some time, but, because of your clear explanations and step by step thirty day plan, it was much easier than I thought. Recipes are varied, and appetizing and require no exotic ingredients; using incorporated our normal foods, you get maximum food and vigor. I felt lighter, more energetic, and wonderfully calm in a week's time.

On the whole, the Carnivore Diet Cookbook for Beginners is really inspiring and makes the transition to eating meat-based foods an easy and seamless task. The dishes are absolutely delicious, the directions are easy to understand and the 30-day program helps you stay on track. However, I feel as though the dishes were becoming a little monotonous and I would like to have seen a little more input and seasonal suggestions. Even so, this book will be an excellent introduction for those who want to try Carnivore without the added confusion of complex ingredients.
